CANCELLATION POLICY
1. All cancellations must be made by at least 7 days prior to your scheduled move.
3. Any cancellations made within 2 days of their scheduled move will forfeit any
deposits paid.
4. Our cancellation policy has been created to compensate us for any jobs that have
been lost because we have not had adequate time to fill your canceled spot. Move
Cheap® LLC requires at least 7 days to do so, and we have found that our policy is
generous in comparison with our competition.
5. To make a cancellation, call our office between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 PM,
seven days a week, and at least 7 days prior to your scheduled move. Please be
advised that if we are unable to answer your call, leaving a message does not
constitute a cancellation. A member of our staff must verify your call by giving
you a cancellation number.
